Day 1 of weight loss!

Today, I started on a plan to get to a healthy weight. I decided to go small with my goal setting: one mile of walking everyday this week.
I’m excited to share as I lose the weight and become healthier and healthier! Some time this week I’ll try to get a full body “before” picture up and an accurate weight. Last time I was weighed, I think I was around 250.
My goal isn’t a specific weight. My goal is to look and feel really awesome, and to be able to just be active with my friends. I’d like to be able to hike, run, bike, climb, swim, and whatever else gets thrown at me! Maybe even some actual pushups??? 🙂
I’m excited to see where this journey takes me!
